You are so right "mr."  Verizon customer service SUCKS!

I had the same thing happen to me.  I was on the phone and got disconnected 3 different times.  Each time I told the Verizon DSL person to call me back to my DSL number.  They could not figure out my problem so I said buy....then my phone started ringing off the hook.  Calls were from 412-650-3799.  I answered and there was nothing but dead air.  The caller ID said PRCISION RESPO.

This number showed up when I got a call back from DirecTV after the rep had phone trouble

I answered - "You called me."

called several times - odd hours - no messges - very strange
