Called and asked for me by name. Could barely hear what she was muttering. Since I thought it was a solicitor I said "that person" would be out until 3. She then asked for the manager or owner, who I said was that same person. She then asked my name, so I gave her a fake name. THEN, she started to ramble in a barely audible voice about WOW services. I just hung up. It took up too much of my time already and I wouldn't have even answered the phone but thought it was a legitimate client of mine. After hanging up on them, they had the nerve to call right back - but I sent them to voice mail. Didn't leave a message.
Got a call from someone at this number claiming she were from WOW. Wasn't selling anything - just wanted to "gather information" about our company. Told her no, that we were not interested and she said "you have a Happy Birthday, O.K.? What does that mean!?!?! Very obnoxious and unprofessional, not to mention the fact she sounded as if she was chewing gum. Caller ID showed "Alorica, Inc." I blocked the number.
I just got a call from Alorica, Inc. I never heard of this company & when I said the person they were looking for was unable to speak with them, they hung up. I wish I knew how to block these calls coming into my home by these idiots.
Creepy call from this number too. It was some guy who barely spoke English asking questions about the business. I told him that I wanted my number placed on their DNC list and he wished me a happy birthday. Caller ID showed Alorica Inc.
