Today I got a call from this number too. Same description as everyone else's here. A guy with Indian accent left a voice message claiming there is security issue with immigration bureau threatening legal action if we don't reply his call.
Got a call from 415-251-3769, claiming to be IRS and need to speak to my little brother. The caller with heavy Indian accent did not understand when I told him I am not my brother. Remember people, IRS do not make calls like this. They mail letters to you and they certainly all speak English.
Got the same message... Asked for IRS number got belligerent .. Called back several times.. Lots of hang ups.. Even got a voicemail box that claimed to be IRS. Will report this to IRS Monday.
I received the call from this number at Saturday too. He said his name is Michael Morgan. Let me call the investigation office Michael Carter. He has Indian accent. When I called to (415) 251-3769. A woman said that Micheal Carter is not available.
