This number and 415-952-7351 are the same people. They keep harassing my son. I called them and the Lady that answered called me a dumb [***]. My son told them he filed a police report and could give them the file number. They just hung up on him and used another number the next day. The guy alway's does the calling and the Lady always answers the calls. They won't let up. We live in a small town and there are several people that are getting the same phone calls in our community. With a population of less than a 1000 people. Wish these people would get a life and leave us alone.
I also have been getting these phone calls for the last 2 days. It is a man saying his is Austin Richards. They have called from the phone number (415)484-6151. It is a man with a Indian accent. He said I owed a past due bill from a cash advance. He said I had theft by deception for a bad check. He said if I didn't pay there would be a arrest warrant issued for me and the sheriff would be there to arrest me at 4:00pm. I thought that was so crazy who tells you when the cops will be there to get you. When I asked him questions he got very rude with me. He had my name, DOB, SSN, my street address and he knew where I worked. That worried me they had all my info. I wouldn't give up I kelp asking for his information who he worked for he would hang up I would keep calling back. Then he would answer the phone as McDonalds, Subway, ask if I wanted to order food. He would say nasty things to me. I let him know I found his scam on Ripoff Report then he got really mean. There is also a woman that works with him she would do the same things. You would hear what to appear to be other people in the back ground as if they were working to settle other peoples accounts. Do not fall for what these people tell you it is not real. All they want is your money for something you don't owe.
I'm getting these calls to. I posted on the other number that calls to. Call your local news media. Get it out there. Your not the only one. I found out that there where several people in my small little community getting the same calls. We all have to fight back together since our federal government won't help us.
Just listened to a voicemail from "David Wilson" (which happens to be my brother's name) who was most certainly from India, considering the accent. He wanted me or my attorney to call immediately upon receipt of the call. If either me or my attorney did not call in a timely manner, he wished me luck with all that would then happen to me. Will see how many times he tries to get through to me. However, if I end up speaking to him I have no problem telling him exactly what he can do and where he can put it. I've already done that with calls I was getting from a different number.
Called the main line of the company I work for, heavy Indian accent and low volume call. He asked for some person by the name of Juan or John something, and I said "I don't have anyone here by that name." He repeated the name, and I said "I'm sorry, I don't have anyone here by that name." He rambles a question "don't you know the "WWE Wrestler?" I immediately thought it was a co-worker getting back at me for the April fools joke I played, so I hung up.
The moron calls back and talks to the back up receptionist, who I told to hang up its a prank, but she talked to him anyway. This time he asks for a Connie something. He starts asking what company we are, where we are located, finally after I tell the receptionist don't give out any info, when he asks for her name, she says "I can't give that info out" and hangs up on him.
