According to Whitepages.com: 4158022996 is a VoIP number provided by Bandwidth SMSEnabled with an area code in CA.
However, it also states that it is a "mobile phone owner"! I suspect that the number has been spoofed!
Based upon other comments, will block this number!
First we got 2 calls from this number "213-610-1106 Cell Phone CA" , a harassing robo call that wouldn't even made sense, we made a Complaint to the FCC about this number and next day this idiots Called from this other number 415 802 2996 (San Francisco CA) TAX HELP CENTER ......????!!!! We need jobs, we need incomes ......we don't need these harassing b,sht...phone terrorists trying to steal personal information from American Citizens ...... Who could do something about it ?! These Idiots won't stop the harassing calls all year long !!!!............We need a Gov. that cares for Americans and Residents before these terrorists hackers....

This phone number called me, Robo call in spanish. I don't speak spanish but I pushed 1 on a guess. Man answered in spanish and I asked him what country he was calling from? In english he claimed Los Angeles, I asked him why my phone says he's calling from San Fransisco? I told him to take me off of his list, like that'll ever happen.
