According to Whitepages.com: 4158022996 is a VoIP number provided by Bandwidth SMSEnabled with an area code in CA.
However, it also states that it is a "mobile phone owner"! I suspect that the number has been spoofed!
Based upon other comments, will block this number!
They called several times, left no message but if you call the number back you can be added to the "do not call list". Press 2, it will confirm the number to add to do not call be sure and wait to press 1 before hanging up so it goes through!!!

I assume this is another BS company that really fronts as a loan company charging high interest.
A legitimate company would actually have an address or website, this phone number doesn't come up with any business online.

This is NOT some loan company!!! This is a nest of scamming thieves!! They pretend they are working with the IRS and you owe money. They lie and tell you that you will be arrested if you don't accept their help. All they want is access to your credit card or bank account so they can rob you blind!! They are hoping they can scare someone into believing their lies and sometimes they hit the jackpot and reach a person who actually is having tax problems. If you need tax help...call the IRS or a debt counselor yourself .
