According to Whitepages.com: 4158022996 is a VoIP number provided by Bandwidth SMSEnabled with an area code in CA.
However, it also states that it is a "mobile phone owner"! I suspect that the number has been spoofed!
Based upon other comments, will block this number!
Scammers will call at any time, they don't adhere to the rules. A legit business won't and can't legally call you before 8 a.m YOUR TIME. If you're receiving calls before 8 a.m or after 9 p.m from a number you don't recognize, you can be 100% sure that it's not legit.
This phone number called today- NO VM was left but for the past month, I have been receiving calls like this from 202 area code phone numbers, now they changed to CA #---sickening.............

Unfamiliar number, ID automatically indicates scam to me and no message left. Will be adding to blocked list. Just for clarification sake, I am not suddenly in Canada, but my IP says I am. Nothing has changed but suddenly I have been moved from United States to Canada.
