According to Whitepages.com: 4158022996 is a VoIP number provided by Bandwidth SMSEnabled with an area code in CA.
However, it also states that it is a "mobile phone owner"! I suspect that the number has been spoofed!
Based upon other comments, will block this number!
You're very naive. If you answer or press a number, all it does is tell them you are naive enough to answer, and then gullible enough to do.what what they tell you to do. They now know you have a viable number, were dumb enough to answer, and they will share it with others. You need to move into the twenty-first century, dear, and be more defensive.
Tearing them a new one might make you feel momentarily satisfied, but they will top you by intensifying their harassment after they finish laughing at you, and sharing your info with others. Learn to pick your fights.
Same comment as others have made. I let it go to voicemail and they disconnected when it started. Calls with CID like theirs are so easy to recognize as a scam and ignore. They call once in a while. I was tempted to answer and screw around with their heads, but the price would be too high so I played the adult and ignored it.
