I didn't bother to get happy about it but went straight to the Better Business Bureau and did research on the company name Mills Consumer Solutions and found this sight. Thanks again for confirming my suspicions.
Today, I got the same letter as Curt did, with the Dallas TX address. I left the original with my bank representative, and will take a copy to the post master tomorrow.
Received same letter today 03/18/09. Called number on letter and guy didn't seem to be able to answer to many questions. No address on letter only check. DPI ENERGY, LLC OPERATING ACCOUNT 2997 LBJ FREEWAY, SUITE 225 DALLAS TX 75234. Check inside letter looks real but it was to good to be true and I am glad I went online and did my research.
