The girl, "Emily" said she was from Windows tech support, and wanted me to go on my computer to verify a license #. After awhile, I told her I would go on later and call her back on the number she callled from. She promptly hung up
I answer the phone with a terrible fake and gruff sounding spanish voice, the guy on the other other end said "speak english" and I said NO and he hung up. called back shortly after and I picked up said "que?" and they hung up again. fun to screw with [***] who deserve it!
Man stating he was from Windows and wanted to know if I was the primary computer owner in the home.
Told him not to call this number. Had an Indian accent. My son and I agree,scam.
