Who called from 4178338296

Call came at 11:15 PM PST, Nov 12, 2015 Said as "Windows Tech Support."  Said I was to follow a set of key strokes to correct a problem my computer was sending.  I requested directions sent by US mail so if was fraud, could be a federal criminal act.  Caller responded with very fowl language - a reaction I am confident no agent of Microsoft would use - and hung up.
There was some background noise  on the phone line and my voice was being returned with a three or four second delay.

Claimed they were windows support. I told them to send me a new disc and they hung up.

They called at 7:15 a.m. (before normal hours) they said Hello? and I blasted them... hopefully no return call. caller ID comes up as unavailable.

3 calls this week-1 was at 10:00 pm.  Have told them off all 3 times and asked to remove my name-1 guy said he couldn't.  I told them I knew they were scammers-they hang up.  # comes up as unknown.

Said they are with Microsoft windows wanting access to my computer system, SCAM!!!
