They called 2x today claiming to be windows support. The first one I toyed with awhile, then she hung up. 2nd one, my sister told them she knew it was bs. They hung up, LOL.
First of 2 numbers that has called me before 8:30 AM Eastern today (the 2nd was 859-854-6309). All either call did here was call & hang up without leaving a message. Wouldn't surprise me if this was more of the same...

...or before 9 AM, same idea. For about 2 weeks, the CID was showing up as simply "Private caller," same MO, the call would come in at/before 9 AM, probably to see if the line was "live."
This dude with an Indian-type accent said something about Windows (I thought it was window washing). I called him a fu-k with an accent. Caller ID said Springfield, MO.
Called and said they were from Windows support. Lots of background noise person spoke with a foreign accent. They asked if it was ok to talked to them. I said no and hung up. Definitely a scam. Caller id showed it was from Minnesota.
