Who called from 4194749385

Called twice in two days. Pretending to be law enforcement group. Won't stop talking. You have to hang up on him. Doesn't respond to polite "I am not interested".

I have been getting calls from this number for about 2 months--at least 2 times a day, some days as many as 4---as soon as I pick up they hang up.  I have tried calling the number back and get no answer.  How can I block them?

I got a call the other day, but no one left a message.  Just tried to call them back and again, no one answered the phone.  Question?  If they are trying to get money then why would they hang up you?

I don't answer if my caller id doesn't identify who's calling but they never leace a messege on the answering machine either.

calls and hangs up when I answer.  Calls started about 3 weeks ago.
