I got a call from this number and I must say that when I called them back, the recording said "If you don't want to receive notice of our special promotions and want to be placed on our 'Do not call' list, press 1."
I get calls from companies like this all the time. They remark that because I've made regular payments to my "credit card" (they don't specify which one, they just say they are a representative from VISA) I qualify for a lower rate.
Don't buy it. It is a scam to get your CC # and identity. Then they charge large amounts to your cards. Blocking the calls don't help. They change their phone number 2 xs per month. Additionally, even if the caller ID says they are in TN or FLA, this is an international company.
