This place is relentless, they are harassing me and attempting to scare me with a bogus court case against a debt that one has been paid and two is over eight years old. Even if I did still owe this debt which I don't they could not take me to court anyway due to the fact there time frame to do so is up.... Mitchel Fieldman at 425-233-8747 get a clue...
I got a phone call too. The call came from Illinois but to call Seattle, WA Mitchell Feldman. Thank you for sharing your experience with this scam company. It is very helpful!
The caller I.D rang in as a (213) area code number. The voicemail was a recording stating that someone was taking legal action against me and to call Mitchell Feldman at 425-233-8747 with the case number left in the voicemail. Glad I looked this up before calling.
I decided that since my husband and I just filed Chapter 7 to answer the calls. Once I had their number and reason for the call (as much information I could squeeze out of them) I informed them that I am in Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection and cannot be sued but would be happy to give them my attorney's information and that I was going to forward their information to my attorney. If they do understand English they cannot get off the phone fast enough. If they do not understand English I have just learned to have fun with it until I get bored.
