Yes it is but this is like the 3rd one for me already. Complete scam and as far as info goes anyone can get your info now online. It is sad but all you can do is live your life and go about your business the way you normally would.

It's a really scary message about a lawsuit against me and how the lawyers have been trying to reach me, to no avail. It said to call a Mr. Steadman.

Just got the same call with the same phone numbers.  I knew it had to be some kind of scam.  I'm glad you all confirmed it.  it really freaked me out when I first heard it.

Thank you very much.  I did get upset when I heard the voice message.

But,  I did not call them back...I'm glad I did the right thing.

I received a call from this number 435 226-0378
It said call this number 425 233-8747

A judgement was being filed against me. similar to the one I received a few months ago
I called it back from the work phone and they knew my name, address etc....I gave them NO info....
I asked for something in writing....she knew my address and stated she would send out to me and hung up.
