I have been receiving letters from all sorts of creditors on Kimberly Tiemann .. I have returned them but now someone has turned it in to an Attorney Richard Feldman. I am just tired of being harassed over someone elses debt. This Attroney has called two days straight and threatened lawsuit. Is there something I can do?
I just got a phone call from 425-233-8747 with a case number 2041-151390 .. supposedly I owe 529.00 from a credit card between 2006-2009.. First of all, I checked my credit report and didnt see no such debt! Also if you're truly being sued, you would get a letter in the mail! The woman was rude and asked me if I want to dispute, and I said "YES".. next time they call, I'm going to tell them to go f$#@ themselves lol! Don't fall for this! Its Fraudulent!

This company is terrible....yes i did have a credit card but they way the call and leave threatening messages IS NOT GOING TO MAKE ME PAY THEM..... i suggest you guys learn how to address people and how to speak to other. I simply told them to place me the "refuse to pay" status and i will patiently wait for my "summons". To those above HAVE NO WORRIES.... they are not going to do anything.
