Invest in a call blocker. These people are debt scammers trying to scare you. Don't call them back. Do not talk to them. If they do call you tell them: 1. got to hell and 2. that you're going to make a police report for extortion.
Fraudulent or Zombie Debt Collectors—Things to Know
If you have received a call stating:
1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6. Authorities are coming to arrest you
7. Anything similar to above,
a. Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
b. Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities

Left me a msg telling me I had a judgement filed against me. Called 425-233-8747, spoke to Amanda who asked me if I had a real job, or if I was trying to steal her information (I asked for her last name and business address). The address she gave me was 1735 Market st, zip 19103. She verified she works for Feldman and Feldman.
I gave a birthdate (just like her name was Amanda, right?), and she said I wasn't the right person and they would take my number off the file. I blocked the numbers they've been calling from. Definitely a scam, would not provide collection agency ID. She said they are not a collection agency, and they're not trying to collect anything. (???)
They use the name Feldman a lot. There is no Feldman. There is no Feldman law firm. At least that I can find. They use that name in their scam. You can check it out by entering the name Feldman on 800notes index page. Long history of scamming by this group,whoever they are. Nobody seems to be able to find them.

They typically use various aliases that sound like a "law firm", or their favorites, a "mediation firm" or a "filing firm", to sound like lawyers. They have a variety of AKAs they use, but the Feldman name pops up a lot. Sometimes Lieberman. They often call relatives first under the pretext that it's some "process server" trying to "locate" you to serve a "summons" on some phony "lawsuit", and in fact their scripts often spell out calls to relatives or employers as the first step in the con.

They're never debt collectors-- they're always a "law firm", or a "mediation firm" or a "filing firm". This Feldman group or whatever they are calling themselves today, are the worst of the worst. My suspicion is, that they are most likely located somewhere on or near the eastern seaboard. Maybe Georgia. The address they gave you was a high-rise office building in Philadelphia. One thing's certain, they aren't in any high-rise. Most likely working out of someone's house.
