I received a call on July 5th stating to call this number 425-233-8747 & the caller stated they were from Mitchell Feldman Law firm, but when I called 411, there is no listing in the Bellevue or Seattle WA area. What is so strange is that they had "ALL" my previous addresses where I lived? DON'T CALL THIS NUMBER BACK !!!! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau in the Seattle/Bellevue area tomorrow 7/8/14.
I've received several messages from these people all stating that a law suit is going to be filed if I don't respond. Now the calls are saying this final message which I've received 4 times now) is to inform you that proceedings have been filed against you and to please call Mitchell Feldman at 425-233-8747 with case number blah blah blah. No where does it say who the call is for or what proceedings have been filed or for how much. I have never called the number back or anything.
I have got three calls from this company , 2 messeges and I spoke to someone last time this a.,. m. She said she was calling from Mitchell Feldman Law Office and asked me my name. Seems to me she should have already known this if legit call. I refused to identify myself at which time she started yelling and tell me that she would be serving me papers for a legal matter. I told her I had already informed the police about these calls and that if anyone was going to court it would be her,She hung up.. I have had these calls in the past stemming from use of payday loans .DO NOT PAY THESE SICK PEOPLE A PENNY
This is total BS. I got a call from this company stating that I had a Mastercard Delinquent in 2011. I cussed them out. I asked them if they had a real job in which he replied do I have a real job because if I did I wouldn't be behind on payments and be able to pay my bill. I have credit cards ut I keep my budget together and I pay everything on time. These people are nothing but scam artists do not waste your time on these scumbags,
I just had a call from 916-527-2641 that said this is a legal matter and they have made several attempts to contact me and now legal matter and advised me to contact 425-233-8747 the lady who answered the phone was extreamly rude. huge up on me 5 times as i wanted the company info said that i had a credit card (i have never in my life had a credit card) said i will be served papers and i can go to court i asked the name of the court and there responce was i dont know...said they cant give me the credit cards company info. so guess what i have contacted my attorney that will b in contact with them..it just bothers be because they have all my info accept my address isnt correct so go ahead and servce me. my attorney checked my credit report and i dont have any credit cards on my credit report.
