They keep calling me. I am to make payments on some magazines. I gave a girl about 17.00 for her education and got a motorcycle magazine that I didn't want. Could not call the company tried on line to no avail. Lately got calls and said I didn't want magazines and never order motorcycle magazines. they don't quite. Told them I got scammed and just take me off the list or I will report them.
I have also been getting calls from this company for months. I always tell them to take me off of their call list and they hang up on me. I just made a dispute with BBB and called their customer service line to get taken off the list. The guy was nice but then said they probably didn't take me off the list because they were busy trying to get sales! So I would just keep reporting them if you can! Good luck.
They are relentless. Have tried to call back and it says it's an automated opt-out service. So, I try that - was actually thinking of trying to Call 4 Action or something.. they won't quit. You ask for a supervisor, they hang up. I had a fradulent charge on my credit card about a year ago. They told me it was a gliche in their system. I still let the credit card company investigate and they got the charges reversed. I haven't seen any other charges, but they won't quit - they have been calling 6-8 times a day. I don't know where to go with this. It's harrassment and is tiring. Very frustrated.
I received a call from this number on my cell phone asking for a man that used to have that number. I have previously told them that they have the wrong number and asked them to stop calling. Saturday I got another call from them and again, told them that they have the wrong number and said STOP CALLING. The woman then said Make me B_tch and hung up on me. I was furious. I tried to call them back, but only got an automated system. They are very rude people. I hope to find out how to contact them and report that raspy voiced woman.
