I use Call Clerk software. Look it up online. If you have a computer with a voice modem and caller ID, it will intercept calls that you have blocked. I have blocked anything with an area code that begins with 8, and dozens of other specific numbers. I also block whole area codes. This number got through, because it is one of the Washington State areas codes that I haven't yet blocked. Generally the phone rings once and then the offending number is just dropped. I have used other similar software, but this one works very well and is very flexible. Search online for other caller ID blocking software.
I have gotten 4 calls from this number: 425-390-8120. Caller ID stated "Service Department "I but there is no message or voice. 2 calls on Saturday were 1 minute apart, same with today. Very irritating.
The same criminals who do the "Heather"/"Rachael" of Card Services are the same people behind this. Following through *57 actually works. Please continue to report to the Do Not Call list and contact local congressman/woman and States Attorney General's Office.
Blocking the number is COMPLETELY useless. They use fake caller ID and fowarding services from Computer robo machines. All computer generated robo dialed numbers. The numbers are fake/spoofed as well as the caller ID.

PLEASE DONT GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE TO RANDOM CALLERS. The more people who are dooped, the longer they stay in business. REPORT AND WARN. Take the time to REPORT AND WARN. SERIOUSLY. *57 to trace the call. It may cost you but worth while. DNC has many flaws but it serves a purpose when it comes to litigation and complaints.
