Nice thought, Keith. But my rural "two tin cans and a string" phone company can hardly keep it's voice circuits running at all, much less offer something 21st century like that. Ha ha. They can't even keep my 3mbps DSL circuit running well.
R'cd call from this number today to my cell phone. Will report it the do not call complaint website. What I am now doing is when I get calla from numbers like this I am saving them to my phone with the name, Mr Spam, # 1 ,2 ,3 etc. This way when they call again my phone voice tells me the callers name and I know not to answer, as they never leave msgs. Saves me minutes.
