Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. You cannot expect compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller. It is unwise to publish a phone number you meant to protect in an open forum where any data harvester and scammer can find it. I've reported your comment so that Admin can redact it.
Your empty pockets and personal problems do not relieve you of any debt claim. When scofflaw collectors call, you cannot follow their focus on payment. You must instead raise disputes and set contact restrictions, preferably on paper and sent USPS Certified with return card.
"Illeagle" is not a word. Auto-dialed and canned calls from debt collectors are not illegal. You're thinking of sales callers, which answer to different laws. Here's material on federal law for collectors:
More than likely the debt is A.T.T. RPM works for them. If you actually owe money call them back and try to work something out. But, be sure to record all the phone calls. I record ALL business calls. Whether it's calling the cable company to change services or calling in to the Courthouse for Jury duty. I date and time all recordings and keep them on a flash drive. This has come in very handy on more than one occasion. Sometimes just saying "Oh, well I happen to have the recorded conversation I had with Joe Snuffy, would you like to hear it?" can change the whole game.
