Who called from 4254122638

I owe no one a debt and when I do ans. this number to tell them not to call me, I get an empty line.  They have called me repeatedly for about 4 mos.  This phone number was given to me recently as we just moved here. So It may be a previous owner of this phone number.  Please stop calling, I take care of and elderly man, and he is end stage this is very disrupting to us.  Thank you.

They willfully violated both the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Truth in Caller ID Act of 2009... and there may also be local or state laws they violated, the number came up as Washington on my caller ID, no msg left.... called 7:35pm on 4/12
