This phone number keeps calling my home and then there is no one on the line. I get several calls a day. If I don't answer, there is no message if I do answer, there is no on there.
I received a call from the above number but they left no message. I don't know who they are or what they want, I not picking up unless they Identify themselves.

• This company is placing nuisances calls to the above number. No one at this number has debt and therefore should not be hearing from debt collection agencies such as this one and those previously reported to ACA International. It is obvious that before these companies cease and desist contact as requested, upon complaints forwarded to the companies by ACA, they sell the above-referenced phone number to other collection agencies.

Auto-dialed calls are illegal if they call your cell phone without your permission (if you provided the number on an application, you gave them permission) or if they fail to identify themselves (the company they are calling from). You can notify them in writing to not call you and they must stop. So in this case, if you answer and they do not immediately identify themselves, it is an illegal robo caller. Start logging the calls and call an attorney. They will have to pay you at least $500 for each call.
