a scam call (repeatedly) from something calling themselves evergreen cleaning service has called me not less than 7 times. They even tell me they've cleaned my ducts in 2012. I know I'm a male, and old, but even I can remember back to 2012. They ain't been here- and they ain't a-comin'!!

I have one heating service company I have had for years. I get this call from 425-654-5322. He will not give me his name. But knows my heating furnace needs service. I called to be sure my company was not outsourcing, they are not. Beware peeps... Scammers are out there.
These people call us every single day, and sometimes more than once a day. We've blocked their number, but then they call the following day from a new number. I did call back one time, just to see if they would answer. I got a recording, asking me to push "1" if I wanted to speak to a representative or "2" to have my name removed from their list. I pushed "2" and they said the calls would stop within 48 hours. Not true! That was weeks ago and they haven't even slowed down.
A news station in Seattle did a story on this company, and found that they were pushy and persistent (duh!) and would quote a low price to get in the door, and then highly inflate the price once they got into the home.
The nice thing about our new Panasonic phone system is that we can block each number they use, the phone won't even ring but it does register every time they call. We can save these calls as evidence that they continue to call in case the government ever does follow through with the "$500 per each call." (Yes, I DO believe in the tooth fairy!) We're looking at over $12,000 just for this month alone.
Got a call 3/25 and a call today at 9:30. We left at 9:00 so call was on caller id. Our house was robbed by the time we got home at 10:45 a.m. If you are getting calls from these people they are likely casing your house.
