you are the lucky ones. I have 91 numbers in my log and counting over the years i have been with them. 1 day late and the calls start one every 20 min from a different number.
It is Capital One collection department. I am behind (22 days) on my car payment and spoke with someone on Monday. Today is Wednesday and since 8:03 this morning they have been calling my cell phone every 3-4 minutes!!! I know it is the computer dialing but can't someone make this stop??? I spoke with them today at 10:30 and let them know the payment was sent but I guess no one makes any notes in the computer!!! What a pain in my *** this company is!
Yeah, this is the number that they use to call. They called 14 times in one day even after I told them that I was going to pay on payday. They seem to not bother putting anything in the system even after I have told them that I was going to pay. I have had two cars financed through them in the past, never was late, paid them off and since I lost my job and finally getting back on my feet they don't care! This is the last time I will finance a car with them. Don't finance with them!
Got a call from this number and I don't have anything to do with capital one or have anything with them. I ignored it and they didn't leave me a message...
Have received 3 calls on my cell from this # in 2 days. Once was at 2:51 AM! My number is listed with DO NOT CALL and I do NOT and after this will NEVER have Capital One. Why are they able to call my cell? Who are we supposed to report this to?
Got a call yesterday morning from them. They asked me using my real first name, for a woman. I told them I don't know who they are and have never known them. After telling them that, they said ok and thank you and hung up.
