This guy misrepresented himself to us as an ATTORNEY! Saying he was filing a lawsuit in an hour and trying to get our bank account information over the phone. He was unprofessional, insulting and COMPLETELY a JERK(and that's being extremely nice!) He keeps telling us he has a lawsuit on his desk and we have one hour to call him or he's filing it and all this CRAP! I'm going to investigate him further and find out where I can report him for impersonating an attorney! I have him on VM saying he's an attorney! Anyone have any ideas??
Well they have been calling me all day today and yesterday... During school and all... They congradulate me for having a visa, mastercard etc and yeah when I tell them I'm only 17 they just say thank you and hang up... they say it's something they do every year for customers... [***] they need to leave me alone... my boyfriend was thinking it was some other guy calling me and [***]... Well they call me unknown or they use a number which i deleted that is that 521 number there.
Caller calls DEMANDING to speak to Lisa - starts yelling uncontrollably. When you hang up they keep calling back saying they are contacting MY lawyer . When I tell him I want to speak to his supervisor he says "John" and I say what's the name of your company "John". I then say, thanks for calling so many times, your number has been tracked and I am pressing charges.
Received calls from this company claiming to be NRS. When I offered payment - I told them I didn't give out my credit card or bank account information over the phone. I was told that they didn't accept payments by mail on two different occasions. So they basically refused payment twice. Very rude collectors who I believe cross the line with threats.
call me on 5/5/08 asking for my mom when i told them she was not here and asked for a return # they said they can,t give out their # but can i give them another where she could be reached at because they could tell me what they wanted or what company they work fore because it was personal i told them no and hang up the phone
