This guy misrepresented himself to us as an ATTORNEY! Saying he was filing a lawsuit in an hour and trying to get our bank account information over the phone. He was unprofessional, insulting and COMPLETELY a JERK(and that's being extremely nice!) He keeps telling us he has a lawsuit on his desk and we have one hour to call him or he's filing it and all this CRAP! I'm going to investigate him further and find out where I can report him for impersonating an attorney! I have him on VM saying he's an attorney! Anyone have any ideas??
This ph# came up on my caller Id as "Texas 469-521-0539" today 3/11/08. It is my house but I dont live their my Uncle dose and he is some what mentally challenged. anyway I happened to be their today and answered the phone the woman asked to speak to my uncle I said anything related to him needed to be addressed to me she got very HUFFY when I would not give the phone to my Uncle, That it was a "Private matter" and she needed to speak to him. I told her not to call this # anymore she just kept ranting on about his Birth date if she could confirm it. I just hung up. she also spoke spanish. I am now worried what info he (my uncle) might have given prior to this phone call because she knew his B date. He dose not know any better. Espscially if they said he oewed $$$.
These people all need to either die, go thru some sort of sensitivity training to learn how to speak to people, or get another job.
But, ask your phone companies if they have a Call Intercept feature like Verizon has. I pay $5 a month and when telemarketers call, they get a message stating something along the lines of "the person you are trying to call has Call Intercept......" (I forget because I had it for so long) If they don't have a special access code that you choose, they can't get thru to bother you. It's wonderful.
