This guy misrepresented himself to us as an ATTORNEY! Saying he was filing a lawsuit in an hour and trying to get our bank account information over the phone. He was unprofessional, insulting and COMPLETELY a JERK(and that's being extremely nice!) He keeps telling us he has a lawsuit on his desk and we have one hour to call him or he's filing it and all this CRAP! I'm going to investigate him further and find out where I can report him for impersonating an attorney! I have him on VM saying he's an attorney! Anyone have any ideas??
My hsuband had an account with cingular and it went over due when we moved overseas with military orders. when we came back a year later we found out we owed this money when we went to pull our credit report for a house. I called cingular and was refered to them and i was told i had to pay almost $900 and im like no Im gonna call cingular. When the guy started screaming at me i told them i wanted a suppervisor and but some [***] on the phone who screamed at me even more saying im never going to get a house. I got Cingular ahold of Cingular and got everything strightened out and i told them i would only pay them and they told me it was fine, NRS still calls and screams at us we have to pay them i told them if they don't stop calling us they will be sued and today of course they called and i called them back and had a busy tone. so monday im contacting the BB and seeing who i can talk to about these people
got a call from a thang that was speaking some language, said my wife owed money to a hospital. 55.00 they wanted us to give our banking info and the bill would be taken care of. it then proceeded to tell us the bill could only be paid by phone and had to be paid today!!!!!! we never give any info out period. we told it to send a bill, you have the address so send and bill and it will get paid. finally had to just hang up on whatever it was. it might have been a person, but not sure. may have landed here on that thang everyone saw in the sky at stephenville a few weeks back
Just started calling out the blue. The initial caller was a man who was very rude. Claimed to be from Cingular and said that I owed $400 that was due that very day. He had my full name and SSN. I refused to pay him because I know for a fact that I didn't owe Cingular anything when I left them in 2004 for T-Mobile.
A few days later a woman called from the same number and said her name was Tiffany. Now she claimed she was from AT&T and that I owed $460. I refused to pay because I don't owe Cingular/AT&T anything. I was given this number and ext to call back in case I decided I was "wrong." 1-800-387-4533, ext. 2512.
