View your credit report. (You can do it once a year for free through freecreditreport.com) It was on my experian report. I clicked on "Dispute Claim" and filed out the small report. Experian will handle it from there and send you an email when it is finished. They did this to me also. I too live in Arkansas. They never had the bill so they could not provide proof so both claims got deleted from my report. Make sure you dispute all of them because they are all seperate claims. Hope this helps.
A strange caller who persistently calls and hangs up during the day time. Caller I.D. says Rickman & Rickman although there is no website for these people. Bill collectors usually call in the evening.
Calls my cell phone repeatedly during the day and leaves no message. I believe it is Rickman & Rickman, collections for a hospital bill. I am paying on it directly to the hospital but they insist I pay them too. I think not!
469-759-7562 , this is a bill collector for a hospital bill....I received a call from them yesterday and when I explained that I had an agreement with the hospital to pay my bill off....he became very rude and kept trying to over talk me...I told him I was recording the conversation and would report him to the BBB...and the hospital, I have NOT missed on payment with the hospital ever. I called the business office of the hospital this morning and the lady said she was so very sorry for this and said she would check into it and find out why it had been truned over to collections, she also confirmed that I had not missed a payment...
