View your credit report. (You can do it once a year for free through freecreditreport.com) It was on my experian report. I clicked on "Dispute Claim" and filed out the small report. Experian will handle it from there and send you an email when it is finished. They did this to me also. I too live in Arkansas. They never had the bill so they could not provide proof so both claims got deleted from my report. Make sure you dispute all of them because they are all seperate claims. Hope this helps.
everyday these people call me back to back all day long...i had six calls from them once and they won't stop, i made it clear to them that i will not deal with third party organizations at all because my identity had been stolen once they refused to listen hollered at me and still call me at least 6 times a day
