View your credit report. (You can do it once a year for free through freecreditreport.com) It was on my experian report. I clicked on "Dispute Claim" and filed out the small report. Experian will handle it from there and send you an email when it is finished. They did this to me also. I too live in Arkansas. They never had the bill so they could not provide proof so both claims got deleted from my report. Make sure you dispute all of them because they are all seperate claims. Hope this helps.
Talked to these guys on behalf of my mother who is a cancer patient. Rickman & Rickman is NOT a collection agency. They are a billing service soliciting business using very shady/heavy handed/misleading tactics. They will tell you you have a bill (which you probably do, and are paying it off through the HOSPITAL'S billing agency). They will make it sound like it's been sent to collections; ask them pointedly if they are a collection's agent or if they are a billing service. This question will force honesty. If they get high-handed with you, tell them to remove you from their call list...and call your local Attorney General's office or Consumer Protection agency and report them.
This number has continually called me and says nothing when I answer and then hangs up. I do have a small hospital bill with Baylor we are paying to Baylor and have received correspondence from Rickman & Rickman, so reading other posts, that must be who they are.
I have the Smart Block with A T&T, so blocked their number today. No more calls from this number :-)
Calls my cell phone repeatedly during the day and leaves no message. I believe it is Rickman & Rickman, collections for a hospital bill. I never been in a hospital why they keep colling me, every night ,try to call them back, a machin is answering, it is crazy world that we live in today
Ummm, everytime I call them and make my payment they have been super nice and very professional to me. They send me a monthly bill and I pay it so it does not go on my credit.
