I recieve a very nasty threatning call from 469-658-7656 and spoke to a nina. Asking screaming about how she was gona get a judgment against me for a washinton mutual credit card that i informed her i never owned. When i ask about info on tbis card she said i had no choice and i would have to pay $5166.53. I ask when the court date was and she said i wouldnt be able to go because they have made every attempt to contact me but yet i have never herd from anyone till today. She hung up on me. I called back and a new lady would not tell me who she worked for or her name but quickly transfered me to nina . I asked her her company name and said its for my attorney and she daid you aint got no attorney. Very rude gehto and threatning. I think a class action is in order
