Please do contact your AG office!! This company really needs to be stopped!! Those TV Ad's are bogus!! They will NEVER be on air, because yeah you may have purchased a commercial yet you still have to purchase airtime slot with the TV companies!! The leads that they use are worthless!! They are recycled numbers that they use!! They don't follow the "Do Not Call List" They use bogus alias's so that way no one can get a hold of them anymore!! It's a scam and they really need to stop!! I'm working on trying to get my $!! I don't see why these people haven't been shut down by the Feds!! Oh yeah because they keep changing names!!
john hayward called me and sounded very shady, gave me his personal # but this defiently seems like a scam 602-214-8993. beware of giving them your date of birth over the phone as they are very persistent

The number Fidelity Merchant Solutions contacted me from was 520-829-5691 this morning. I knew when they started their sales pitch of where they got my number was a lie, and told them it was a lie. I listened to their fast talking sales pitch and told them that anytime you have to talk that fast it's shakey! I told the gentlemen to stop talking several times because he was not answering my questions. I then asked if they had a website which I looked at while he was on the phone and told him that it was very poorly done. I put him on hold and went to this website where I began to read him these reviews. He had to go "he had another call":} Yea I bet he did! I also received another call from his cell phone Sean Merzon 302-897-1757 same company. I guess they just don't give up! I will be telling him if he calls again that I am on a no call list and if they call me again I will turn them in to the AG's office. All they got from me was 27 minutes of my time!
Two weeks ago I was contacted by this compnay and the first person I talked to was a Mr. Allen and I paid 495 for my agent Id and I was told all I had to do was summit local mom and pop business names to them and phone numbers and I would be guarenteed 7000 dollars for every 10 that I turned in cause their sucess rate is 70 percent. So what did I do? I got all excited and started plugging in names and phone numbers to my new make shift business back office and waited for them to call my leads and me earn money. Not one attempt to call my leads was made. Then I get a phone call from Dr. Edward Burns, and he was selling me on everything. He was a real good talker. Made a lot of promises on these so called prequalified leads so of coarse i bought in to it to the tune of 4000.00 really 6000.00 but the company was going to loan me the 2,000 because I only had 4000.00 available credit on my credit card. I was promised that if I invested 6,000.00 I would make 15,000 in commisions and then a residual income of 3000 per month on the 30 leads that they found me. I started looking online and researching and realized I had been scammed after finding this page. I immediately called my credit card co. and told them this was a fraudulent company and since the charges were still pending for the 4,000.00 they stopped the payment and shut down my card. No I am not sure if I will ever get the initial 495 back of the 19.95 for my first month hosting fee but at least I got the 4,000.00 stopped. A+ rating my A** with the bbb I looked it up they are not even associated with the BBB and they had them as an F rating
FYI the coaches names are fake! They give fake names so that you can't do anything legal against them. A supervisor named Denise Marshal is actually Angie Nevel. The list goes on and on. A guy named David Dellucci is actually named Kyle, Leanne acts as Lisa Monroe, Jimmy is Josh Adams, Chase is Shawn Green, Luke is Bob Edwards Marley is Tom Bensson. If recently you tried getting a hold of David Dellucci and he is no longer there it's because he had such a bad rep he changed his name to Edward Burns. This place is a scam. What a lot of people don't know is that the employers and employees are drug users, dealers and they are unethical. Half of them do drugs in the building located at 1909 W Camelback Rd. Phoenix Az. They even have to have two security guards there to basically watch everything that goes on, but still don't do anything. The most upsetting thing about this whole situations is that we actually trust them with our money... thousands of $$$ lost because of these inconsiderate ingrates. All home based businesses are scams. I even was told that older people are easy to con because they don't know better and young people to because they are naive. Don't do it anymore.
