Please do contact your AG office!! This company really needs to be stopped!! Those TV Ad's are bogus!! They will NEVER be on air, because yeah you may have purchased a commercial yet you still have to purchase airtime slot with the TV companies!! The leads that they use are worthless!! They are recycled numbers that they use!! They don't follow the "Do Not Call List" They use bogus alias's so that way no one can get a hold of them anymore!! It's a scam and they really need to stop!! I'm working on trying to get my $!! I don't see why these people haven't been shut down by the Feds!! Oh yeah because they keep changing names!!
I was also a victim of Fidelity Merchant Solutions aka My Choice. All the stories are the same. They ripped us off. Nearly ruined my life in this economy. I filed complaints with the Attorney Generals Office, the BBB, the FTC, but it could be years before a class action suit happens and there is no guarantee that you will win. I did hire a lawyer.. nothing! I found a company called CR Consumer Resources and I cant even believe that they helped me get back every cent that I gave those scammers. If you want help getting your money back give them a call. I'm glad I did. I was credited all transactions with the credit cards I used. They're really nice people and helped me through this nightmare. Dont let these scumbags get away with your money. Take it back! I also got ripped off of $395.00 up front plus $100.00 for hosting fee plus $4000.00 for Advertising on the one hand and on another hand that same $4000.00 was to work the 15 credit card business .which would have started generating monthly funds at least 2% of the merchant sales from the use of Credit card.
THE MAN THAT GOT ME WAS TOM FERGERSON. of Fidelity Financial Solution I believe what these guys are doing is collecting other peoples' money to work their credit card business and once the money start coming in they jump ship .NO EMAIL,TELEPHONE,MESSAGES GOING THROUGH.

.I felt I should have had a written contract stating what the plan of business was ,that was explained over the phone. It Is a lesson DON'T SEND MONEY TO A STRANGER OVER THE PHONE WHO NO ONE HAS RECOMENDED YOU TOO . IT SEEMS A LOT OF THEM LIV IN ARIZONA.
YOU KNOW THEY WILL GET WHAT'S COMING TO THEM SOON OR LATER.IT MAY NOT BE IN THE FORM OF MONEY LOSS THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO KILL THE CAT.

I send them $4000,00 to work the business without a legal contract.I learn my lesson.I am taking a course now with Anthony Morrison and he is coming to my town next week he seems to be legit. so far.

I just got a call from a women named Kelly Brewer from VC Merchants Solutions phone no. 602-513-8500 same deal credit card processing fees 50% commission I wanted to check it out first before I gave them any money
