Who called from 4803239934

Hal and others that have posted on here: I have just had over $30,000 taken from me in just
such a scam as all of you are describing. It started with a call from Tony, in Phoenix, Arizona. But then later went to New York where they fleeced me out of my money. I had no savings but a good
credit card rating; and they certainly used it. When I look back, this just happened in August and Sept., I wonder what made me go along with them. But you have talked with them, they are such smooth talkers, and promise you exactly what you want to hear, you will make money. My husband and I live on SS..we will die and go on home before we can get this money paid back. Please pray for
us that we will, at least, get some of our money back. I am just sick, I do not know what we are going to do. We have worked to pay our bills and have had good credit all of our lives, and now these "low-lifes" come along and swindle us out of it. The names in NY were Sam Anzaroot, Dean, Andre' Roman. There was a Brian West in Arizona that got the first $5000.00. How could I have been so stupid? My companies name was Fidelity Merchant Solutions. I even mailed a $100.00 check to the State Corporation Commission to set up my company here in my home.

I have also joined Fidelity Merchant Solutions and about to purchase a marketing Package from them at $5000. for 500 leads. Please call me a tell me more so I don't make the same mistake. How long have you been or when did you get involved with there program?

I can be reached at (256)722-9576 and via email at [email protected]

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Danny

Don't do it!!!!! You will loose all of your money with no results. This is the biggest scam out there and they all sound very professional and very convincing. I am in whole for a lot of money with them, for 4 months now, I have gotten one check for $ 25. Don't do It!

Yes, this company called me forever and always had a bad connection. Then it would disconnect. Finally, the guy gave me the $495 (plus $19.95 recurring monthly charge to have the web hosting site) to get started song and dance too.But it was that they provide a website for you, where they buy wholesale, make a little markup, and then you can list these items at whatever price you name and customers pay online for the items plus shipping... and you get the difference. I asked ...OK... so why do you need ME? The theory was that the more merchants they have... the more customers... instead of one big website. They had a reasonable answer to all of my questions... so naturally... I ended up falling for it. A business coach was supposed to call me back in a few days. Havent heard from them since !   That was on Nov 7th.  When I asked for a website for details... they sent me to www.ecommercesalesdirect.com  and said that had examples of what my site would be like.... under "Products".  I'm filing for a dispute now. I wish you all the best with getting your money back. This bites!

I was also a victim of Fidelity Merchant Solutions aka My Choice. All the stories are the same. They ripped us off. Nearly ruined my life in this economy. I filed complaints with the Attorney Generals Office, the BBB, the FTC, but it could be years before a class action suit happens and there is no guarantee that you will win. I did hire a lawyer.. nothing! I found a company called CR Consumer Resources and I cant even believe that they helped me get back every cent that I gave those scammers. If you want help getting your money back give them a call. I'm glad I did. I was credited all transactions with the credit cards I used. They're really nice people and helped me through this nightmare. Dont let these scumbags get away with your money. Take it back! Try this company, it really worked. www.crconsumerresources.com the number is 888-563-5558
