Woken up twice by call from this number to my cell phone, each time hung up before I could answer. dialed number and got a human voice to text answering service who wouldn't identify caller and said the service is used by deaf/disabled people and my message (to stop calling) would be sent by e-mail to the subscriber.
They called, I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. I am registered in the Do Not Call Registry, but seem to be getting a lot of this type of call lately.
