Woken up twice by call from this number to my cell phone, each time hung up before I could answer. dialed number and got a human voice to text answering service who wouldn't identify caller and said the service is used by deaf/disabled people and my message (to stop calling) would be sent by e-mail to the subscriber.

480 is my local area code. Called at 8:30 A.M., I didn't answer, no message. So many robo calls each day, none honor the Do Not Call list. Almost missed an important call today because I've stopped answering the telephone unless I recognize the number and name on the caller I.D. Total harrassment, invading my privacy, annoyance. Difficult for me to get up and answer the phone and inconvenient to carry it on my person constantly. So, who cares? Only the people who also are disturbed on a daily basis by callers of this type. On the positive side: I know my tele is working!
