Woken up twice by call from this number to my cell phone, each time hung up before I could answer. dialed number and got a human voice to text answering service who wouldn't identify caller and said the service is used by deaf/disabled people and my message (to stop calling) would be sent by e-mail to the subscriber.

They have called me twice on my cell phone and left no message. I have tried to call them back at this 480-359-4321 number and all I get is dead air... no even a ringtone.
something about a cruise sweepstakes, discounted tickets. Whatever. Returning the call announces it did not go through. However if you catch the call and actually answer, pressing 1 goes to an operator and pressing 2 removes you from their call list. Just answer and press 2.
