They call and hang up no message. If you do pick up the phone, a computerized voice says wait for a representetive and that the call will be recorded and it says it over and over for as long as you are willing to stay on the phone and onbody ever comes on the line.

This is an automated courtesy call from PGE.

Caller keeps calling and hanging up when I answer.  It is very annoying.
