I agree, but there should still be some sort of message with a return phone number. Just calling and not leaving a message is a terrible way to do business.
Got a call from this number while waiting at the Doctor's office this morning. I answered it, said "Hello" three times. Nobody said anything so I hung up. Idiots.
Yep, I suppose if you pay your Electric bill you wouldn't be getting these annoying calls. I suppose, paying the bill is better than turning your electricity back on.
