Actually, my bill is paid up and on time and this number still calls me and doesn't leave a message, so don't assume this is because people don't pay bills.
Same here, I received two calls today while I was at work, and neither time did I receive a message. I have my account set up for automatic bill payments, and I even saw the money taken from my account, so this cannot be because of not paying my bill. It is really irritating.
I have received several phone calls from this number. I am at work and therefore it is inappropraite for me to pick up my cell phone and tell you not to call me. I do not live in the portland area so please remove my phone number from your call list. Whoever you are looking for apparently has a different number.
The reason they are calling me is because a representative promised me a call back when my power came back on (there was a power outtage, not an overdue bill). They have called me three times so far (in a couple hours) but maybe they'll just stop? That must have put my name on some sort of list.
