Call came in at 1:51 pm on 9/18/13.  When answered there was no answer from the other end.

I have never had an account with PGE, so they are not calling people for past due notices.

To those superior a**h****s who always "pay their bills on time" : get a life. PGE is unusually unfriendly and quick to flip the switch on people who are just a few days late. The State of Oregon should review the business practices of this misguided public concession.
