Just got a new phone and started getting these calls. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize but I check them out. Only my closest friends have my cell number and no one else, so this is spam and I don't appreciate it using my minutes. I am also on the do not Call List. how many of these reporters are using Iphones?? Could this be a problem with them? This is a fishing scam to get credit info...don't fall for it.

complain now - I really doubt this is Global Crossing. They are a legitimate IP company and have no locations listed in El Salvador. 503 is an El Salvador #. What they probably want you to do is call them back. They can charge you for doing so (kind of like a 900 # in the US.) That is why they don't answer.
