On most cell phones, you can go to the calls you made, missed, and recieved. Go to options and search until you find "Block" or "Add to Reject List". Hit that and they can no longer call you :) They just called me and i answered it but no one answered my "Hellos". I suggest not answering because that will get you NO WHERE! Block them or ignore them. That just worked for me :)
I am on the Do Not Call registry (home and cell) and I keep getting calls from this number regarding "lowering you credit card interest rate". They always hang up when I ask them which credit card (I only have one) and what company, etc.
I received a call from them on Nov. 11, 2011 on my cell phone but did not answer. Then on Nov. 16, a fraudulent charge was made online using my husband's credit card and my cell phone# as the contact. Could be coincidental... just saying.
Looks like they are also trying another scam tactic too.

I keep getting calls from this Oregon number as well as 503-563-0168
I never answer and I never call back because thy never leave a message. If it was someone trying to get a hold of me, they would leave a message.
I assume this is some kind of pharmacy or other b.s. marketing scam.
