Always a "Rachel" or "Heather" on the other end and always a scam about lowering your credit card rates ... even if you DON'T have a credit card! But, note: The FCC has already cited these b*st*rds back in 2007. They need to aggressively and persistently continue and then shut this illegal 'operation' down for good!!!
Got two calls from this number within five minutes....ON MY CELL PHONE. I'm furious at being charged for their calls, especially since I'm on the DNC list. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number in caller ID.....and there's never a message left. The only thing showing in the ID box is the phone number. It's useless to file complaints with the DNC bureau.....the only thing they'll tell you is that you "have a right" to file in Small Claims Court....at your own expense, of course. I don't know why this agency even exits.... they do absolutely nothing to assist people who have legitimate complaints.
