This a**hole keeps calling as if i don't have a life and a job. He said he is sending a subpoena and a warrant for my arrest but he could not explain who I owed money to or what was the amount. When i asked how much was the loan he said $500 I said guess again he yelled and said dispute in in court when we come to your job. Then he called back twenty more times leaving messages that he just wanted to help me so I didn't go to jail. He said send 1300 dollars to western union by today and it will be cleared. My guess is he is still waiting for the money.
Just got a second call. The first one was last week abt my hubby took the message and laughed. Today the same jerk called me and I asked if Christopher was the name his mom gave him and hung up and he called back and said your husband will go to jail in 24hrs. I said that is what you said last week and he is still at home, that is not how OUR country works. I also told him I would be contacting the states attorney office and report him and told him he would not be getting any banking etc. info from us. He got selective hearing and hung up. If he calls back I will advise him abt the form I am requesting from the states attorneys office as well as the trace I am requesting for harassing phone calls. What he doesn't know is my job title. I know all the FCC laws in this country because I have to know them. I also know what I can do legally to him without resorting to his kind of terrorism.
I HAVE RECIEVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM A LADY BY THE NAME OF ALYSHA WILLIAMS SAYING I DIDNT PAY A PAYDAY LOAN, AND IF I DIDNT PAY 500.00 I WOULD BE SUED, AND POSSIBLE DO JAIL TIMEAND I HAD TO PAY THE 500.00 WITHIN 2 HOURS AND SHE REPEATED MY SS# TO ME, THAT WAS SCARY
I got a call from the same guy and threating me that i was under investigation and that i would be put in jail for 3 days, he even gave me a case #. First he called my cell phone and then he called my work. so i told the one girl to tell him i dont work there anymore. I think its just bull [***] that these idiots gotta call people and try to get money out of us. He even told me that has all my info and work info. I said to the guy have u ever heard of stolen identity. Also telling me that i have a warrant out and that i owed 12,000 plus in a loan. Now u tell me how on earth do i get into that situation. So i told my boyfriend all about it and he said to call the police dept and ask them if i have anything out in my name. And if not then i can report these people.
