I am on the line with them know they are so rude the said I took out a cash advance loan for $300 in 2007 never did I take out any loans other than student loans they said it went into my JP Morgan was my unemployment account thats not possible. I called back a lot they got upset cause I was asking so many question originally talked to someone named nancy(not really) the last call I mad to the a guy answered the phone he put me on hold for a while he came back to the phone and he said we will take your name off the list I said ok and I see online that u are a fraud company he said yes and we will take your name off the list.
I have been getting calls from this number claining that it is a legal matter. When I called it took them a minute to find my information but that claim to have a case against me in court. They gave me a case number but it was not in the format of a legal case for my state. When I asked for the dates that this payday loan was issued and what account it went to they gave me a year range. And then said can you say that you have never gotten a payday loan before but got more furious when I asked for a date. And then told me that they would just see me in at the court house acting like he was going to hang up but didn't waiting for me reply. I just hung up on them. I was suppose to just put in the number and find out that it is a fraud. This is really bad.
for weeks i have gotten calls from this number talling me they are the attorney General now today they told my sister that naswer the phone they want to give my loan what loan??
being a land line wouldnt you think they would find them i had it with this everyday I am getting calls
this guy called my son with the same song and dance that he's been peddlng for months. My son got scared and called me and i explained to him that it was a scam. then this guy calls my son's job 37 times in one hour. His boss was so outraged that they had the police come over and then the cop answered the phone in place of the recptionist. when he heard that he was speaking to an officer the idiot hung up the phone. NEVER CALLED BACK!!!
