They have called my work and did me the same way. But also said that an officer would be serving me with a warrent for my arrest. I have never financed anything through the company of Cash America
this person "Mary Smith" calling from dept of law and investigations. She left a message for the person that had my phone # telling to tell that a friend (me)) has done illegal financial fraud by using his number as a reference number. She asked him to have me call back as soon as possible. This person spoke with a heavy accent. She also called me on my cell phone & at work today. When I spoke to her at work - i told her I was unable to take personal calls at work and to try me back after work since she told me that she already tried my cell and I didn't answer. She called again 2 more times on my cell this afternoon and called me at 5:05. When I spoke to her at 5;05 I told her I did not want her to call me anymore. Whatever she had to say, she needed to put in writing and send it to me. She then transferred me to the "atty". He also had a heavy accent and was hard to understand. I told him the same thing - please do not call me at home, on my cell or at work. If they want to contact me please send me a certified letter. He hung up on me. I didn't find out until just now about the message they left on my home phone for the party that had my phone # before. they broke the law in telling this other party that I had committed fraud. I am going to report it to the FTC.
This is a SKYPE telephone number. The lasted in this company's tricks!!! This company is a fraud! They use East Asian Indian accented persons to con you out of a PAY DAY LOAN that you may or may-not have re-paid. This scam dates back to 2009! This Indian company got ahold of people's names , addresses and the last 4-digits of their SS# and have been harrassing people. The company also uses a name out of New York City and Florida called SLOAN MEMORIAL. Please ignore these rude BAST***S!
said he was an investigator for social security.. i contacted fbi seeing he is breaking federal law now..waiting for a response back.. i'll do whatever it takes to see this guy in prison on federal charges..
Have been getting messages from a woman and when i called back a man answered and the company she said she was with in her message wasn't the company the guy answering the phone used. He was very hard to understand and when i said i'm going to sit here and listen to you lie to me he said this isn't a lie. i said look if i'm being sued or if someone is trying to collect money from me then by law you have to put it in writing and mail it to me. He said ok and i repeated myself again and he said ok and hung up. i have been getting calls like this for awhile now. It all started after i took out Pay Day Loans. I would guess these people eitehr bought my info or hacked into the system and took my info. Every person i talked to about Pay Day Loans didn't have an accent and again by law you are supposed to me informed by mail about owing money. Also i told him that they can't keep calling me like this and harrasing me.
